Activities/Attractions: The Town of Harwich is a resort and residential community located on the south side of the Cape peninsula, with an extensive shoreline on Nantucket Sound. It was settled around 1665, and incorporated in 1694.

The best places on the Cape are the ones you discover for yourself. Come visit, and explore Harwich, a centrally located Cape Cod village that can provide hours of biking, fishing, and hiking, theater, great restaurants, or simply great days by the water.

"The Innkeepers David and Joan were wonderful, and their daughter Trish was very friendly and babysat for our children. We felt right at home! The chambermaids were also very good, and it was very clean. The pool was wonderful, 3 1/2 feet deep, perfect for our kids. The park/playground in the back is spacious and wonderful for people of all ages. The location was perfect, 3 blocks away from the beach in a residential neighborhood. The walk was about 10 minutes, and it was quiet and very peaceful because it was off the main road. It made my family's vacation a fun, easy, no-hassle vacation!"
