Activities/Attractions: Our B&B is situated in Este (Padua), a town full of history, at the foot of Euganean Hills (regional Park), some 60 km from Venice. It's located in a quiet and green quarter 300m from the ancient castle. Near us there are:

• some beautiful walled towns (Monselice, Montagnana)
  
• medieval villages (Arquà Petrarca)
  
• villas and historic gardens

Our B&B is an excellent base for visits to:

• Venice (very easy to go by train from railway in Monselice. During the day there are many trains go and come back)
  
• Padua (Giotto frescoes, old university, Botanical Gardens, large and nice square Prato della Valle, etc.)
  
• Vicenza (Palladio Villas)
  
• Verona (Arenas)
  
• Ferrara
  
• The Euganean Hills' Regional Park, the Po Delta and Lake Garda
  
• Local cooking and products are very good (wine: Serprino, Moscato Fior d'arancio, sweet ham of Montagnana)
  

Countryside visits are available on foot, by biker or riding. During the year there are many festivals and folk events: Palio di Montagnana, Giostra della Rocca a Monselice, la Festa dell'Uva a Vò Euganeo.

General Information: Welcome to B&B Poeta and Fabio House in Este, Padua, Italy ... where we are a family of travellers who have spent our holidays in many places around Europe and Canada, with House-exchange and B/B rules. After, we invited some friends from different countries and, as a result, we understood the importance of sharing and developing knowledge, tradition and local culture.

We decided to transform this experience to a quality enterprise: we opened in 1996, our B&B "POETA." Our B&B is perfect for the pilgrimage to St. Anthony Basilica in Padua. We're working under the TCI and we stick to the Cultural Association of B/B Euganean Life International - Inspected and approved by APT Padua.
