"Recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting the Niagara Falls area on vacation. This is the closest B&B to the falls and only a short walk to the Clifton Hill area and all the area attractions. The accommodations were absolutely wonderful at this home. Continental breakfast is delicious and private jacuzzis are a nice touch. Highly recommend one of the rooms with a view of the Niagara Gorge. The home is very, very clean, neat and well kept. You will find the hostess absolutely delightful and accommodating. Also, the price is better and comparable to hotels located in the same area."

General Information: Welcome to Cairngorm B&B in Niagara Falls, Ontario ... the B&B with exceptional service. From the balconies you can see the steam from the Falls and you can enjoy the fireworks displayed over the Falls Friday and Saturday evenings.

Your host, Annette, though originally from Denmark, has operated several service-oriented businesses in the Niagara area. Annette likes to "go just that extra mile" to create a memorable experience for each guest.

Room #3: Is a very cozy and comfortable room, with a very nice bay window, queen size bed and ensuite. The room is very private.
The Cairngorm Suite, is a most beautiful place to spend your leisure time. The suite includes a sitting room, a large bedroom with King size bed and a fireplace. Ensuite has a corner whirlpool bathtub for 2 people and a separate shower. Small bar/kitchen area with wet sink and fridge.
Garden Suite: Beautiful room for a complete relaxed and private atmosphere. King size bed, fireplace and private balcony are some of the nice features of this room. The ensuite has a nice deep whirlpool bathtub and shower.
Room #6: Very comfortable Queen size bed. Private balcony and ensuite. Ensuite has nice deep whirlpool bathtub and shower.
Room #7: Is a very cozy room.  It has a nice Queen size bed. Ensuite with a deep whirlpool bathtub and shower. You have a private balcony, where you can see the steam from the Falls.

"The Cairngorm Bed and Breakfast was what I had hoped for. I had seen it from the outside on a previous trip and while my trip was with my Mom, I could see all the romantic niceties for a couple on a get-a-way. Close enough for an easy walk to the Falls, Casino, many more attractions, including the new Aviary. We had a queen bed room, but checked out the 3 room suite and will try that next visit and there will be another visit to the Cairngorm - Breakfasts were great too. We ate on the balcony overlooking the gorge and had local fresh fruit, and plenty of coffee. The breakfast tray was done up so elegantly."
