General Information: Welcome to Rosslyn Bed and Breakfast located in Tain, Ross-shire, just 300 meters from the main A9 road in the Highlands of Scotland. We are a good stop for people going to the Orkneys as we are less than 2 hours from the Ferries. The area is excellent for outdoor enthusiasts, whether it is fishing, shooting, hill walking or sight seeing. Tain has a first class golf course, tennis court, and museum. Amongst the many attractions there is Tain Pottery, Tain Through Time and St. Duthac Memorial. Glenmorangie Distillery is only 2 miles away, Skibo Castle and golf courses 5 miles, Dornoch Golf Course 10 miles, Dunrobin Castle 15 miles and Falls of Shin only 20 miles.
