"B&B Olleros is exactly what you would define the perfect or ideal bed and breakfast. It is perfectly located (short distance from Palermo, which now it is the best barrio of Buenos Aires, full of restaurants and nice shops): it has beautiful and very clean rooms (especially the suite), where there is all you need for your staying (air conditioning, TV, etc.) ;the breakfast is very good (try the medialunas, please) and served in the dining room of the family, a room with a plenty of books and good paintings (and good music too!); moreover, the house is very nice. But most of all, Claudine and Juan are two wonderful persons, I dare say two friends. Highly recommended. I don't think you could find something better for the price."

Versailles Palace Apartment

General Information: Welcome to Olleros 3000 Bed and Breakfast, located in Colegiales, a small, quiet and safe neighbourhood within walking distance of Palermo Hollywood and the Soho district of Buenos Aires, Argentina. This comfortable guest house is run personally by Claudine, a Belgian who specializes in hospitality management, and her husband Juan, who is an architect and art historian. We speak English, Spanish and French.

The house was built in 1903 and completely renovated in 2001, preserving its original character and tastefully combining the old and the new. The lovely sun patio, full of plants and flowers, is a privileged place to have breakfast or dinner in the open air. However, because of its many staircases, we regret that the house is not suitable for disabled people. Three guest rooms on the upper floor:

• a single (1 twin bed)
  
• a double bedroom (2 twin beds or 1 King-size) share a full bathroom
  
• a suite with a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and a small gymnasium
  
• individual air conditioning (hot/cold)
  
• central heating
  
• large wardrobes
  
• hot water permanently
  
• 21" cable TV sets in double rooms, 17" in single
  
• smoking is not allowed in bedrooms and in some areas of the house
  
• we are sorry, pets are not welcome
  

Claudine and Juan also offer 2 apartments (flats) for 2-3 people in the heart of Recoleta in Buenos Aires. Surrounded by excellent restaurants, shops, and antique stores, and only five minutes from the financial district, this finely equipped De Luxe Versailles Palace apartment offers the most up-to-date facilities.
