"The view is marvellous. A few highlights were seeing two baby seagulls, a sting ray passing, finding the tracks of a female sea turtle within 24 hours of her laying her eggs, and the numerous alligators in the wild at Mayakka State Park."

General Information: Welcome to Siesta Key Beach Condo Rental in Sarasota, Florida ... this is the best accommodation you will ever find, as long as you are willing to prepare your own breakfast. My wonderful Gulf-front condo can be yours for a week, a month, or even longer. Just let me know what you need.

This will be a true retreat and escape to relax and recharge. This is not a high-rise, hotel-style condo full of screaming kids. It is a quiet, six-unit condo all to itself. You will have your own, semi-private beach during your stay. But if you like lots of action, you can just walk two blocks south to the life guard protected public beach. From our second floor living/great room (14x17) and Master Bedroom, you have a spectacular view overlooking our backyard, which is 100 yards of sea oats reaching out to the finest, whitest sand in the U.S.

• Double sliding-glass doors from either of these rooms take you out to the screened-in lanai to enjoy the cool Gulf breezes and spectacular sunsets
  
• There is plenty of room to bring the grandchildren or grandparents because the second bedroom is 12x12
  
• Both bedrooms feature an adjoining full bath with tub and shower
  
• The dining area is a spacious 12x13 joining the living/great room for parties in paradise
  
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a range and every dish, glass, fork, pot or pan you would ever need
  
• Other amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, outdoor shower, central air, and a covered picnic table in the back yard
  
• One hundred yards away you have Gulf, the world's largest pool/Jacuzzi/whirlpool combination
  
• You will also have your own parking space right below your door
  

The Kramer Condo is executive-equipped, featuring a desk with fax, scanner, plain-paper photocopier, and more. You can plug in your laptop and continue to work, but with the view, you probably won't even notice that you are working.
