Activities/Attractions: All through the year Chincoteague plays host to all sorts of festivals and attractions. Our Island is unspoiled and perfect for families, lovers and people that need a little peace and serenity. No matter what time of the year you come to
Chincoteague there is always lots to do, for example, if you like the water you can go kayaking, sailing, surfing or hire motor boats.

• Captains will take you on wonderfully informative or romantic cruises
  
• There is some really great fishing here, off the dock, on the inland waterways or out to sea, your choice
  
• We have bikes ,or you can bring your own, Chincoteague and Assateague are great for biking
  
• There is hiking and
  sight seeing, photography and world class bird watching
  

Assateague has a
glorious unspoiled beach and the most wonderful wild life reserve. We have great shopping and good restaurants and plenty of quiet spots to curl up with a good book.

"A very cute B&B located a block or two from the bridge to Chincoteague. The hosts, Sam & Lin, received us with so much warmth to the Inn where Marguerite Henry wrote her famous story, Misty of Chincoteague.
Each morning Lin made the most delicious two course gourmet breakfasts ... We stayed in the Bay Room which was quite spacious and had lots of light due to the bay window. You can look down on the beautiful landscaping that surrounds the property. Sam can fully equip you for the beach with towels, chairs, boogie boards, and even bicycles all at no extra charge. Our visit was perfect and we look forward to returning some day."

General Information: Welcome to Miss Molly's Inn ... a charming Victorian home on Chincoteague Island, Virginia. Today, the house has been beautifully restored and offers wonderful bed and breakfast accommodations and warm hospitality to the Island visitor. Miss Molly's Inn sits on the bay and has five wonderful porches with plenty of rocking chairs and a large deck on the second floor that overlooks the bay.

We also have a beautiful screened in porch full of flowers where you can sip aromatic coffee.  Enjoy a traditional English afternoon tea listening to some soft music or watch the boats go past in the channel. To assist in making your stay more comfortable we offer the following amenities. Features of the rooms and Inn include:

Our warm and inviting parlor is just the place to curl up with a good book, chat, play board games or just sit by the fire. There is always a pot of tea or coffee, cold beverages, cookies or home baked goodies available when you come home in the afternoon or for something really special order an afternoon tea at just $12.50 per person. Our lovely inn is open all year round and is just perfect for honeymoons, small weddings, conferences and family get-togethers!

"... it was very comfortable. The inn is decorated in Victorian style, with a lot of nice porches to relax on. There's one in the front with some chairs, facing right on the main street. Or there's a covered porch in the back with tables and chairs. The inn provides all the beach equipment you may want, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, body boards, etc. The breakfast at the inn (served every morning at 9am) was absolutely delicious! And always interesting. There is afternoon tea (available upon request) that was great to enjoy out on the porch. There was also a nice sandwich shop next door to the inn where you can get lunch for a picnic."
