"I stayed at Lilas and Lupins back in March and I recommend it pretty much to everyone. The place was clean, the decor was modern and Marie was very helpful. She gave us lots of tips on how to go about to explore the city which was a huge advantage since I had no idea about that."

"What a gem! We spent two nights at Lupins et Lilas in mid August. It could not have been a better experience. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from many unique boutique shops and great restaurants (including the famous La Couchon Dinge). The Battlefields Park/Plains of Abraham are also within just a few blocks. Old Quebec is a beautiful 20 minute walk or an easy and very convenient bus ride. Maria could not have been a better host. So helpful, so caring, and so concerned about your comfort. Her breakfasts are to die for. Something new each morning, done to perfection and the presentation made you think you were in a five-star restaurant. We have travelled a great deal throughout the US and Europe and have never found a breakfast like hers. The inn itself is a 1940's home, with beautifully decorated, large and immaculately clean rooms (only three). I could go on and on, but let's just say, it is a real find, a gem. It was our first visit to beautiful Quebec City but will certainly not be our last. We will look no further than Lupins et Lilas. No need, it couldn't be better. Go enjoy!"
"The only bad bit to our stay was that it was only for two nights. We stayed in Room 1 which was lovely, clean and extremely spacious. Great bathroom as well, basically a great room! The house itself is immaculate full of character and was located only a few minutes bus ride from Old Quebec. The breakfasts are amazing! 5* standard! Marie was great and very friendly offering us plenty of information and advice on how to get about and what to go see. Quebec City itself is beautiful and I can't wait to go back. When I do there is no doubt I will be staying here again. If you are considering going to Quebec City, you must stay here!"
