Activities/Attractions: Huatulco, Mexico offers a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, located 425 miles southeast of Acapulco. This newly developed resort area is near the village of Puerto Escondido. The area has nine bays with beautiful beaches that are among the cleanest, safest and least crowded on the west coast, and big waves that are great for body surfing. Exceptional boat trips to isolated bays and beaches are available and there are some facilities for deep-sea fishing. The snorkeling is also excellent.

There are so many interesting activities for the visitor to enjoy that it could take you months or years to experience them all! Or perhaps you just want a quiet & comfortable place to relax for awhile. Huatulco offers it all - the tranquil and the exciting.

"A belated note to THANK YOU for sharing your lovely condo in Huatulco. I had a great time and thought the area very magical. Mario was very helpful, albeit we never made it out fishing, due to the summer torrential downpours. That didn't dampen any spirits on my part though. The landscape is very interesting with the mountainous hills meeting the rocky coast--the trees were starting to sprout new tender leaves after the little rainfall. The flamboyants were in full bloom, and I had a fabulous meal of grilled snapper at a local beach restaurant. It is a part of paradise! Gracias!"

With two small kids we really didn't get to explore the area as much as we would have liked, but life at the Camino Real was so relaxing and enjoyable that it made it hard to want to leave an do much else but enjoy the beach and pool anyway.
