"Upon arrival we were greeted by Gary and Carolyn Burke, the owners and main reason why this B and B is so outstanding. They make you feel like one of the family, serve you an awesome full breakfast on fine china and silver (in your room if you like), have personally designed and performed the modernization of the beautiful Queen Ann style homes 2 main suites, and generally run the whole operation. The grounds are beautifully kept, with loads of flowers, some statues, wrought iron fencing, fountains, and the location is perfect ... Overall, perfect location, and a relaxing change of pace from the hotel/motel usuals. Really felt relaxed and pampered, all for a price that rivals or beats most hotels in the area. You will not be sorry!"

"Our weekend was magical. The room and breakfasts ... exquisite."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Prince of Wales suite. The room has been remodeled from the website photos and is very lovely. We especially enjoyed the spa tub and private balcony ... The hosts, Gary and Carolyn are warm and welcoming. There is a huge front porch which you can enjoy, within walking distance to Niagara Falls attractions ... Overall a delightful stay, for much less then one of the mega-hotels right on the falls. We will definitely refer our friends and stay again if we are in the area!"
