General Information:  Welcome to the Girdwood Suite Retreat ... a comfortably large executive home located 2 blocks from the base of Alyeska Prince Hotel & Ski Resort, 45 minutes south of Anchorage, Alaska along the scenic Seward highway. The Girdwood Suite Retreat is located on 0.6 acres surrounded by old growth forest and is one of the largest parcels of land close to the base of the resort.

Your host, Bill Connell, is happy to assist you in the planning of your Dream Alaska Vacation. The home was constructed in 2001 by EECC, one of the top custom home builders in Alaska. It is a 3000 square foot house designed to be open and comfortable. Other special features include:

• one of the largest private outdoor decks in Girdwood with a covered hot tub with a view of the Alyeska tram and the ski resort
  
• four bedrooms and a loft area (a total of 5 sleeping areas that accommodate 10 people comfortably)
  
• 2½ baths
  
• The Glacier Suite offers an office setup complete with fax machine, copier, and high speed wireless Internet
  
• a separate formal dining area, seating 8 people
  
• a large spacious family room
  
• an ultra modern kitchen with granite countertops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances
  
• a mud room with a half bath and front loading washer and dryer
