General Information: Addresse Select specializes in high end condo-lofts in Montreal, Quebec. Our units are centrally located in new or recently renovated buildings. Our clients are mainly out-of-towners who relocate for professional reasons and require comfortable, high quality accommodations close to Montreal's business district.

Addresse Select provides both furnished or semi-furnished condos. Our furnished units are tastefully decorated and much thought went into providing our clients with all commodities necessary to feel comfortable and settled as soon as possible. Our dwellings are of the highest standards, our prices are competitive and our representatives are unsurpassed in their goal to please our clients.

• For your convenience, Addresse-select rents on a weekly and monthly basis depending on availability
  
• In general a smaller unit (600 sq. ft.) rents at $1000/week and our larger units rent at $1500/week and monthly rentals start at $1800/month
  
• Cleaning can be done at your convenience and according to your needs. It can be done once a week. Just call our office to arrange an appointment
  
• Indoor or outdoor parking are available depending on availability.  Indoor parking is $275/month and outdoor parking $175/month
  
• High speed internet are available in some units depending on the clients needs
  
• For your listening + viewing pleasure, all furnished units have a stereo system and a DVD player for movie rentals
  
• Local phone calls are part of our phone bundle along with an answering service so that no calls are missed
  
• All linens and towels are included in our fully furnished units to be used at your discretion
  
• All our units have washers and dryers on site. So, no special trips to the Laundromat are required
  
• For fully furnished units, the kitchen is equipped to start cooking immediately. Generally a service of 6 to 8 settings is provided so guests are welcome
