Loads of space and one of the largest docks on the island where you can often see Rays, Tarpon, Barracuda and many other fish. My Host Tony Vega couldn't have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble, and he was always on hand to ask questions about where to go to eat and drink. He made the trip even more enjoyable if that is possible ... I'm already planning my return trip for next year!" "I've stayed in a few places on Caye Caulker and have been there a number of times over the last 10 years. Tony and his resort Belize Odyssey is the best I've found. Huge private resort grounds, with private beach and dock. Every other hotel in town is very small, with limited facilities - definitely worth a look." |

The only downside is that the hotel is a 20 minute walk from the town center, but you can call a taxi. Overall, a good hotel." "My wife and I spent our honeymoon here. The hospitality and friendliness of the owner Tony Vega is unsurpassed ... the friendliness of the locals, and peace and quiet make it the perfect get away for those not preoccupied with "fancy". Caye Caulker is very low key and laid back, you don't really even need to bring shoes." "Owner-manager very personal. Took me fishing, small and deep sea. Very courteous." |
