Activities/Attractions: Bloubergstrand is a suburb of Cape Town located on the shores of Table Bay, about 25km to the north of the city centre. Its name in Afrikaans means "blue mountain beach" after Blouberg, a hill not far inland from the coast. 

It is mainly residential and attracts large numbers of visitors, both from the city, from other parts of South Africa and from overseas. Bloubergstrand is known for its white sandy beaches and the location from which the classic view of Table Mountain is seen.

Big Bay is 20 minutes drive from the Cape Town City Centre and V&A Waterfront also 20 minutes to the Durbanville Wine lands and 40-50 minutes drive from the famous Stellenbosch and Paarl Wine lands and approximately 35 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.

There are two golf courses within 10minutes drive. Transfers can be arranged to and from the airport.

Cape Town itself is steeped in a rich history and is a cultural melting pot with its diverse and vibrant character being derived from Khoisan and other African tribes from the North, and Indonesian, French, Dutch, British and German settlers.
