Activities/Attractions: St. John is the smallest of the three U.S. Virgin Islands, only 9 miles long and 5 miles wide. Because the majority of the island is a United States National Park, you have the Islanders' guarantee for enjoying the unspoiled natural beauty unrivalled by its busier and more crowded neighboring islands. Through the years, its beauty has remained untouched; most of St. John appears as idyllic and pristine as it did when Christopher Columbus and his crew first sighted it about 500 years ago.

Its National Park encompasses two-thirds of the island and includes the remains of the Annaberg Sugar Plantation, another famed island attraction. Many Caribbean islands claim to provide a bonanza for water-sports enthusiasts, but in fact, few have such superlative scuba diving and snorkeling as offered on the waters surrounding the island of St. John. If one water sport is king on St. John, it is snorkeling. Most first-timers head for the famed underwater trail at Trunk Bay, just a ten-minute drive from the St. John Inn.

There are numerous hopping bars and restaurants located in Cruz Bay, as well as a few in the East end's Coral Bay. Dress casual for the bar hopping/mingle with warm friendly islanders making the night as bright as the sun filled days. One can usually find live local music on any given evening.

The rooms are wonderfully and comfortably decorated. The deck has a big screen TV, an ice maker, and every morning they offer breakfast from 8-10 AM. There are wonderful views from the deck and most rooms. Look in the palm trees between the deck and the pool in the morning and you will see large iguanas every day! On the walk from town (which is 4 minutes) you will meet Jean-Paul, his wife and their adorable puppy, Gypsy. They have the world's best chicken wings! Very affordable. Do Not Miss out on treating your self to the best of everything and anywhere in St. John USVI. I will never forgive you! In fact, I just got home last night and I am moving there in a month."
