Activities/Attractions: Villa Dunedin is located on Hwy. 27 only a mile from the 192. It is an ideal location for both the parks and shopping and is very easy to find, a straightforward drive either from Sanford or Orlando International airports.

The entrance to Disney is only 8 miles away and in 20 minutes you can be at Sea World and in only 25 minutes you can be at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The new 429 road connects the 192 to the I4 and makes not only the Parks but shopping malls like the Florida Mall and the Premium Outlet Mall easily accessible.

If you are from the U.K. and like a British paper in the morning, then a 5 minute walk will take you to Walgreen's where you can pick one up. You could also walk to the local Winn-Dixie supermarket if you like. Less than a mile from the Villa we have a Walmart Superstore and if you prefer Publix there is a store just as you go onto the 192 from Hwy 27 so there are plenty of food shops in the area.

If you enjoy fast food outlets most can be found on the mile stretch from the entrance onto Hwy 27 right up to Glenbrook, for example, KFC, Burger King, Taco Bell, Long John Silver and Chillis. There are a couple of restaurants close by but if you go onto the 192 you will get a much wider choice. Don't worry about running our of gas as there are 2 gas stations opposite the entrance to Glenbrook.

General Information: Welcome to Villa Dunedin ... an Orlando, Florida holiday Villa available for rent directly from us, owners, Peter and Fiona Flynn. We have stayed in many holiday Villas in Europe and America over the last 20 years and have put all our experience into making sure that your stay, at our home, Villa Dunedin, will be a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

The Villa has 4 bedrooms and the option of using the pull down sofa bed in the Formal Living Room as another double bed. The Villa can therefore sleep up to 10 guests making it ideal for families or friends to share. Bearing in mind how much many of us need access to the Internet nowadays we have added a wireless internet connection. Please remember to bring your own lap top with you as we only have a hotspot.

• There are 2 master bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen, both with en-suite bathrooms
  
• The other 2 bedrooms both have twin beds in each room and there is a third bathroom
  
• All of the bedrooms have lovely big mirrors, plenty of storage (including lots of coat hangers!) and a television/DVD combo
  
• All the bathrooms have a hairdryer. All towels and bedding are provided including extra pillows and blankets if required
  
• We have 2 living areas, one which is open plan to the kitchen and opens out onto the Pool deck the other is as you come into the front of the Villa
  
• We call the living area as you walk into the Villa, the Formal Living Room. This room has a golf theme, the formal dining table is also in this room
  
• The other living area we call the Family Room, which houses the 32" TV, games for both children and adults, a radio/CD player, DVD player, VCR, Playstation 2, videos, DVDs, over 70 children's books and a selection of adult paperbacks
  
• Between the Family Room and the Kitchen area there is a table and 4 chairs which can be used along with the 2 breakfast bar stools for casual eating
  
• A games room has recently been added to the Villa and we have provided a Pool table and a Foosball table along with a table and a couple of chairs
  
• The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has been set up to make it feel like your own at home. For your safety we have also provided plastic glasses and plates for use outside at the Pool and inside in the Games Room
  
• The Pool and Spa have a generous deck and a child safety fence which can be removed if required. The deck faces south-east which ensures that there is sun from early morning until early evening. Sun loungers, chairs, footrests, 2 tables and 2 large umbrellas make up your deck furniture which can accommodate up to 10 guests at any time. To save space in your suitcase we have provided lovely big pool towels for you to use
