Activities/Attractions: West Dover is a small township just north of Wilmington dominated by Mount Snow. The mountain resort is the main source of revenue for businesses in the area which is picturesque and rustic.

In the summertime, enjoy our beautifully landscaped gardens, and our meadow which is perfect for various lawn games, including bocce, badminton, frisbee, trackball, etc. Tucked behind the white picket fence and through a lattice arbor, our sparkling swimming pool and jacuzzi await.

The fiery colors of Autumn come alive in the valley, surrounding the Red Oak with a breathtaking display in a "postcard" setting. Relax on our terrace while enjoying a beautiful show of foliage from the towering trees surrounding the inn.

And, of course, the winter months provide some of the best skiing and snow boarding in all of New England. The complimentary shuttle takes you to and from the Mount Snow ski resort, so you can leave your car behind. Return to one of our two fireplace lounges where you can relax or socialize.

"The lodge is nothing fancy by any stretch of the imagination, but it's comfortable, homey, and the kind of place you'll want to return to time and time again. The inn's new owners have all the bases covered when it comes to providing relaxed hospitality."

"It was a good choice. The room was modest and small but clean. The inn had what we needed as far as hot tub outdoors and proximity to the mountains. The breakfast they provided for free was great! Poached eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast, waffles, hash browns, as well as the usual non-cooked items. A nice place, good staff - we'll certainly stay there again."
