South of the traditional settlement of Malia town is "Lasisthi mountain or Dikti", the birthplace of Zeus, that is criss-crossed by unique, beautiful paths across the hinterland of Crete.

General Information: Welcome to The Hotel Malia Studio Apartments in Heraklion, Crete, Greece ... famous for their attractiveness, they are built in the traditional Cretan architecture offering all the modern comforts. It was extensively renovated in 2003 and is situated across the sea, only 150 metres from the sandy beach, with sea views in a quiet location but only 400 metres from the centre of night life.

Malia Studios Hotel Apartments has a reception area (open from 8.30 a.m. to 12 p.m.). It offers service, cleaning, sheets changing, car rental and free parking. We are an officially classified 2 Star category hotel, providing apartments of four types.

• Studio - suitable for 2 persons with a double bed (or two single beds) in bedroom, a kitchen corner, WC/shower, balcony or ground terrace with sea or garden view
  
• Apartment suitable for 3 or 4 persons with a bedroom (2 single beds) and 1 or 2 permanent couch beds in lounge. Also a kitchen corner with small living area, WC/shower, ground terrace or balcony with sea or garden view
  
• Maisonette (2 storied apartment) suitable for 3 or 4 persons. On the ground floor is the living room with 2 permanent couch-beds, an open kitchen, a WC/shower and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds). Each 2 storied apartment has 2 ground terraces with sea or garden view
  
• All the apartments are designed and furnished in the Traditional Cretan style and have their own air conditioning (cool-heat) facilities, safe box, baby cots on request, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker and coffee-pot
  
• As a guest, you can use 2 swimming pools, located behind our complex on the way to the beach, at a distance of 100m
  
• Also enjoy walking on the 5km long sandy beach, or try the local delicacies in one of the taverns located near the hotel
  
• In a case of emergency, there are 2 Medical Centers close to us
  
• In the garden there is an outdoor area with Satellite TV and BAR that's a cool meeting and relaxing place with a particularly pleasant atmosphere
