We are located in Berlin's center on the 11th floor just east of Alexanderplatz and Berlin's historical center Berlin "Mitte". The Karl- Marx Allee (former Stalin Allee) was considered East Berlin 's Grand Boulevard and has been recently granted the status of architectural monument. There are two Subway Stations in 3 minute walking distance and cafés, bars and restaurants, supermarkets, dry cleaner and stores equally close by.
