Major supermarket chains, restaurants and shops and shopping malls are all within a 3 to 10 mile radius, there are also at least 50 excellent golf courses within a 30 mile radius. Easy access to all major highways (Interstate Four, Florida Turnpike, Beeline Expressway, Greeneway, US 27), are within 5 to 20 minutes. On-site activities include tennis and basketball courts, children's playground and a beautiful five and a half acre park. "Once again, we had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. The home is well kept and spacious. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the Florida sunshine in comfort and privacy. The location of this villa allowed us to visit the area Parks, several beaches, and the Space Center. With four small children, this is the ONLY place we stay when we visit Orlando! It couldn't have worked out better with the 2 master bedrooms, 4 baths, 5 bedrooms, pool, hot-tub, all the conveniences of home and equipment for kids, quiet neighborhood, convenient to attractions, etc. I plan 3 visits in early 2008 and hope we can stay again. The park with tennis, basketball and soccer were an easy walk for the older children. Everything needed for the stay was in the house and more. The pool and hot tub were very clean and fun. The house is also an easy drive to Disney and shopping. The owners are prompt and friendly with all correspondence you need to have with them. We would definitely rent again."
