"The Rufus Tanner House exceeded all of our expectations. The Empire Room where we stayed was peaceful and warm with a gas fire place and 4 very large windows which filled the room with a gorgeous glow. The super-comfortable bed and fireplace provides for a delicious winter afternoon nap and a great night's sleep. The hosts, Donna and Rick are some of the nicest people you will meet and they made sure all our needs were taken care of."

"The Rufus House was the second half of our Honeymoon and what an improvement over the BnB that made up our first half. From the moment my new bride and I stepped inside, we were greeted with such warmth and welcoming. The inn keeper, Donna, was such a gracious host words can not describe."" We had a glorious night in your lovely inn! We appreciated every beautiful detail - you truly created the ambiance we love."

"Donna and Rick, We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious (and they looked so pretty on the plate) and the double shower was a first for us. It was peaceful and relaxing and so much fun to talk to the other guests. Your hospitality was warm and inviting."

"You totally have the B&B business down to a fine art - the level of comfort, the warmth in your welcome, the decadent breakfasts and the amazing peace in one's soul from the moment of arrival."
