"The Bluegrass Country Estate fulfilled all of these expectations and more. Cheryl was our gracious hostess and could not have been more welcoming. Our group was lucky enough to reserve the whole house. We arrived on Friday afternoon and hit the pool immediately. We ordered dinner in from the Barbeque Shack in La Grange and had a feast around the pool. We watched a chick flick in the theater room but could have played a game of billiards...a couple of us snuck off to read in one of the more secluded areas of the house for a little solitude and reading. Breakfast in the morning was fabulous - light and airy scones, fresh fruit salad and a marvelous Italian breakfast strata. All in all it was a fabulous weekend at an extraordinary home with a great hostess. I recommend this for couples and groups. You should check it out."

"Staying at Bluegrass Country Estate Bed & Breakfast was an unforgettable experience. The Bed & Breakfast is the best I have ever stayed in all categories - accommodations, hospitality and the most comfortable bed and sleeping experience. Every room is exquisitely furnished with an equestrian or golf theme. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There is a wonderful theater with comfortable, over-sized leather chairs, a popcorn machine and a movie-theater sized screen. We enjoyed watching a movie and playing pool in the evening. After a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast in a beautifully decorated dining room, we enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. The overall experience was the best I ever had and would highly recommend to anyone in the Louisville area."

• For your pleasure and enjoyment, we have a great theater room where you can choose one of our 100+ movies and kick-back in one of our comfy theatre chairs. We also have an old fashion popcorn machine to complete the experience and satisfy your urge for a snack
  
• Cards or pool anyone? We have a fully stocked game room with everything from poker to many board games for your enjoyment. If you would like to engage in a friendly game of pool, it awaits you and your competition
  
• Join the other guests in the Formal Dining room where you can smell the aromas and engage in interesting conversation. You can also opt for a little privacy and eat in one of our two sunrooms; one looking out over the front pasture and side garden or the other overlooking the patio and pool area. Reserve the Turf room and eat in your own private patio
