- Casa Batllo - Another one of
Gaudi's amazing creations, Casa Batllo was built for the private
residence of a wealthy textile industrialist, Joseph Batllo
- Casa Mila - Also called "the
Quary" because of its rock-like façade, was Gaudi's last private
commission

If you want to stay in Barcelona to enjoy your holidays or to study, on short or long-term business, we can offer you a nice, centrally located and completely furnished apartment with only a choice of 3-day minimum, weekly or monthly arrangements at a fair price.
Once we receive your reservation form, we will make a provisional booking in your name. We will send you within 24 hours an acknowledgment of booking that will summarize and clarify all the aspects of the deal, prompting you to secure the accommodation by sending payment of the deposit. It consist of 25% of the total holiday rental or 25% of three month rent in case of a long term rent. Our accommodations on offer include:

a wide, quiet and sunny terrace with nice views of the Mediterranean
sea, Port Olympic and Montjuic Park. Centrally located in Carrer
Consell de Cent, two minute walk to the Flea Market
"Encants" and ten minute walk to the Sagrada Familia Temple
in a safe, working-class district and good public transportation
- Eixample
(12-13 pax) is a charmingly furnished apartment built in 1892 in the
modernist Eixample area has been refurbished in 1992 to provide a
relaxing and comfortable stay in the most elegant, popular and
convenient Passeig de Gracia area. The convenient location, Carrer
Valencia (between Passeig de Gracia and Carrer Pau Claris), offers
easy access to the best areas for dining, clubbing, sight seeing and
much more
- Portvell
(4-5) pax is excellently located in the Marina area just two minute
walk to the attractive complex for leisure activities, shopping and
eating out MareMagnum , five minute walk to Gothic Quarter: Cathedral,
Museo Picasso, Las Ramblas and the old and typical "tapas"
bars in La Rivera district
