Activities/Attractions: Atlanta is a city of great diversity, our many museums, theaters and historic landmarks will keep visitor and resident alike busy all year round. Whether you enjoy being up-close and personal with nature, want to experience the thrill of some of the great sports teams, or you want to experience the arts and culture first-hand, Atlanta has something for everyone in the family to enjoy!

Rising from ashes after its Civil War-era torching, this vibrant Peach State capital gracefully blends cosmopolitan sophistication, high energy, and traditional southern hospitality. Cultural and recreational attractions are as diverse as the economy with Braves baseball, Falcons football, and Hawks basketball serving as significant rallying points.

Cultural cache is embellished by entities from the Atlanta Symphony to the Atlanta Ballet, the nation’s oldest continuously operating ballet company. With annual visitor counts exceeding 17 million from points of origin worldwide, Atlanta’s bounty of world-class attractions, restaurants and activities stands ready with a warm antebellum-style welcome.

"I've stayed at Heartfield Manor for years and am happy to recommend it highly. It's set in Atlanta's oldest urban neighborhood, Inman Park, with gorgeous tree-lined streets and other beautiful homes. It's full of antiques, but rather than being intimidating, the atmosphere is much more like going to your favorite grandmother's house. The owner provides a nice continental breakfast in the mornings, and as a long-time resident of the area, has recommendations for dining, events and attractions. It's very convenient to public transportation (MARTA) and convenient either that way or by car to downtown convention venues. It's also walking distance to charming local Little Five Points and all its dining, shopping, and entertainment. Can't say enough good things about the place!"

"I stayed here for a weekend birthday vacation getaway with my best friend. We loved the cozy feel, kind hosts, and perfect location. It's a beautiful 10 minute walk past lush homes to either Little Five Points or to the Marta station. Not only can you can stay here and never have to drive, but you can also enjoy sitting on the balcony of an historic home tended with love when you return from your time in the city. I will definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful craftsman's home, great neighborhood, short walk to Little Five Points, friendly and helpful owner, interesting art-deco antiques, knick-knacks, and atmosphere. Lots of interesting books that I browsed when I couldn't sleep. Bed sheets felt new and crisp. My husband and I felt comfortable enough to relax in sun room and eat breakfast, watch TV. There were ceiling fans in every room and the owners kept it comfortably air conditioned."
