"The accommodations were superb and Joan and Gary were charming hosts - they were very knowledgeable about the town and surroundings and told us where to visit and eat with excellent choices. Breakfast in the room was quite welcomed since we could eat when we awoke and didn't have to dress. Thank you for a pleasant weekend and we will return."
"I loved that we were not intruded upon, but knew that someone was within reach if we needed something. We had access to get our key and had wine waiting in the room when we arrived. I felt more like we lived in Savannah than that we were just visiting staying at Joan's. It can be a little noisy, but it is a city not a morgue. All in all, I really enjoyed our stay and absolutely love Savannah. The church bells, the courtyards, and all the beautiful shade trees everywhere. We will definitely be back."
"One of the many things that make our visits to this unique city so enjoyable is Joan’s on Jones. Joan's on Jones is not your typical Bed and Breakfast which is exactly why we love it. There is no communal breakfast ritual, no forced socializing, and you get a bit of a sense that you aren’t a guest but rather that you are living in Savannah. We found the owners, Joan and Gary Levy, to be gracious and friendly without being the least bit intrusive. The location of Joan’s on Jones is ideal. In the five times we’ve stayed there, we have parked our car on arrival and not used it during our entire stay. Savannah is a very pedestrian friendly place and Joan’s on Jones puts you in the middle of it."
"The house was built in 1853 and had the most beautiful heart of pine plank flooring that was treated with linseed oil that had a nice glow to it. Our bed was very comfortable and our daughter could have had either a sofabed or a roll-away. Sliding doors separated the two rooms. Coffee, juice, fruit and rolls were supplied. There was a small fridge and icemaker in the room. Location was about 10 short blocks from the river, deep in the historical district, around the corner from Mercer House. Would highly recommend Joan's."
"My husband I stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to Savannah. It was wonderful! We were in the Garden Street and had a lovely private entrance, sitting area and great accommodations. We will definitely be back and will share our experience with friends and family!"

"We stayed at Joan's on Jones with our two dogs, and were very impressed with the quality of the accommodations. Nice attention to detail and spacious. Joan and Gary were both very cordial "innkeepers" and had good knowledge of the local area - including some excellent restaurant recommendations. This was a great location in historic Savannah, and we recommend it to anyone that loves to travel with their special four-legged companions!"
