Activities/Attractions: Gungahlin is in the northern part of Canberra, with easy access from the Federal and Barton Highways. Tea Gardens B&B is ten minutes drive north of Canberra city and tourist attractions.

Close to Gungahlin shopping center, Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club with it's lake-side dining room, Yerrabi Ponds with it's park for the children, Cockington Green miniature English village and boutique shops nearby as well as easy access to many local wineries.

This cosy B&B is within close walking distance to Mulligans Flat reserve where you can enjoy bird watching, see the wildlife, bush walk or cycle.

There is another convenient scenic walk past the local Yerrabi Ponds (with it's well appointed children's playground) to the Forde Enclosed Dog Park where your dog can romp off the lead.
