From the sunny beaches in Kailua-Kona and Waikoloa to the deep sea fishing offered all over the island you are sure to find the entertainment you are seeking on Hawaii.

Our condo is right in the center of all the fun. If you just feel like hanging out watching the whales, turtles and dolphins you can do that right from your own lanai! • Only 2 miles south at Keahou Bay are two world class golf courses and if you'd like to book a snorkeling tour, several of the trips leave from Keahou Bay
  
• Go North 3 miles and you will find yourself strolling the famous Kailua-Kona Ali'I Drive, where you will find many quaint local restaurants and shops
  
• For those young and young at heart the night life on Ali'I Drive will keep you dancing
  
• If your tastes run to the more traditional, try the Keahou Veranda, where nearly nightly you can listen to live Hawaiian music and sometimes see the young at heart locals swaying in traditional Hawaiian Hula. A nice place for a sunset & pu'pu's
  
• If you can only stay in Kailua-Kona a few days, don't try to see it all. It's about a two hour drive straight thru to the Volcano's National Park and that can be an all day experience

"Our stay in your beautiful condo was absolutely amazing. Having boogie boards, ice chest, Hawaiian sling, etc. made our stay that much more comfortable. By far one of the nicest condo's available in Kona. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. Watching the sunset from the lanai was worth the trip. General Information: We are Nita and Dave Wells and welcome to our oceanfront condo on the Big Island of Hawaii located in Kailua-Kona. Our vacation rental complex is located (Oceanside) on the world famous Ali'i Drive, near the center of shopping, restaurants & entertainment. The complex has been entirely renovated inside and out.

The condo itself and this is a real positive, is truly oceanfront! You can easily watch the turtles & the fish as they swim in the surf 30 feet away! You can pay less ... but you'll get a lot less. While watching the surfers at the famous surf spot you will frequently see dolphins swimming & jumping and in the winter months whales breaching! You don't even have to leave your lanai! Our beautifully remodeled oceanfront condo with extensive granite & travertine tile, is:

• a two bedroom/two bathroom unit that sleeps 5 quite comfortably
  
• with ceiling fans in every room
  
• we have extra floor mattresses for an additional 3 people
  
• we are located on the third floor of this wonderful complex and our unit offers incomparable views and privacy
  
• you won't have your neighbors staring in at you like you will at so many of the other popular complexes
  
• our condo is fully furnished and the amenities were stocked with you in mind, so your island getaway starts upon your arrival - no need for shopping
  
• our oceanfront condo complex offers a beautiful pool and a hot tub to fully enjoy your paradise retreat
  
• there are many native Hawaiian flowers and plants and several varieties of song birds
  
• the pool is built right at the ocean and offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean
  
• there is also a grassy area with lounges for relaxing and sunbathing
  
• located by the pool and hot tub is an outdoor shower to rinse off the days sand and a gas BBQ to cook up the catch of the day
  
• next to the complex is a small county park that has a small sandy beach and easy entry into the ocean

"What a wonder opportunity for Colusa County residents to see Kailua Kona and the island of Hawaii staying in Well's Banyan Tree Sunset Condo. It was our first visit to the island of Hawaii, and we couldn't have pick a better spot to explore it from. We saw whales, dolphins and green turtles from the lanai. The trips to the volcano, Hilo, and Parker Ranch were great. These kids really have a condo that is visitor friendly."

"Beautiful Place, Wonderful Vacation. When they say the condo is near the Ocean, they mean on the Ocean. You can watch the turtles and the fish swimming past sitting or standing on the lanai. Snorkeling and swimming beaches are easily reached. The beach just South, down the road aways, near the hotel, is great for Old Men (like me) and kids to practice their snorkeling ability. The big beach, to the North is easily reached and is the place to go for boogie boarding or just basking in the Sun. We had a great time and we will surely stay at the same facility."
