Brisbane has an uneven cityscape that is wide and it is a lovely combination of nature's beauty. Brisbane has an interesting heritage and so is the constantly evolving cosmopolitan lifestyle. Brisbane has over 1700 parks and a huge array of community areas that form a major part of the city landscape. Tourists get a chance to mingle with the local animals in the parks and get to know more about them. There are adequate sporting facilities that are spread out all over the city and Brisbane also hosts innumerable sporting events. There are the important cultural venues that will help you be aware of the rich cultural heritage of the place. Brisbane’s bayside offers loads of local character, both during the daytime and evening.
One block away the bayside parklands extend for 5-6 km. Things to enjoy include a couple of laps in probably the country's only 33m pool open for the warmer months of September through to April, free BBQ facilities, Mangrove boardwalk, watching the sailing boats, spot the dolphins, see the model boat racing at the historic wading pool, fish and chip shops, relax with a good book or meet someone who has read one. The second largest marina in
the southern hemisphere, nearly as many islands as within the
Whitsundays and architecture that dates back to the beginning

that all of Brisbane and surrounds attractions are easily

General Information: Welcome to Manly Harbour Backpackers in Queensland, Australia ... located 30 minutes from Brisbane Central. We are situated 50 metres from the waters edge in Manly Harbour Village. Manly Harbour Backpackers is an independent backpackers hostel, operated by a fantastic, friendly crew. All rooms include continental breakfast and linen. Guests also entitled to $8 evening meals & discounted drinks in our Manly Deck restaurant. Here @ MHB we also cater to families and groups - our family rooms consist of a double bed and 6 singles with an ensuite and use of facilities and all other inclusions.
