General Information: Situated in a typical village in Monferrato, Italy, this 'country home' - recently opened - has been completely restored following strict criteria in terms of old material recovery without forgetting the importance of comfort that cannot be ignored nowadays.

The 5 apartments at Ca' San Sebastiano Wine Resort are available, of different sizes and characteristics, have been decorated with strong, warm colours to obtain an intimate and informal atmosphere: each apartment has its own fireplace, besides the independent heating.

The fresco painted ceilings have all been beautifully restored, discovering more than one layer of different frescos according to the different ages of the house (the oldest part of it dating back to 1600).

All the apartments are big and very comfortable, and they are therefore also suitable for a 'longer' stay (two of them have got two bedrooms each, so that even families or group of friends can find a convenient accommodation).
