There are many Orlando attractions to choose from with something for everyone.

In addition to the Disney parks, Orlando is home to several other theme park favorites. Universal Studios Florida's newest attraction gives guests the chance to participate in "Fear Factor Live." Favorite film attractions include "Jaws" and "E.T." Younger kids will enjoy Shrek 4-D and Woody Woodpecker's KidZone. At Universal's Islands of Adventure, little ones can play at Seuss Landing, while older kids and adults can brave thrill rides like the Incredible Hulk Coaster. Orlando nightlife comes alive at Universal CityWalk with live music at Hard Rock Live and a variety of restaurants including NASCAR Café and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.

Orlando and Florida has a large variety of places to visit that does not include a theme park. We can advise on this when you have reserved a home. As an example why not go Manatee watching or swimming with Dolphins in the sea. How about walking or canoeing in a National Park.

All are within easy reach of your vacation home. Universal Studios, Sea World and other area attractions are also close by. Ask us about things to see and do beyond the theme parks.

• You could share the expense of a home with another family. Or, if you require a larger home, vacation homes are available as large as a 7-bedroom home, which sleeps up to 16 people

• All the villas and condos are beautifully furnished and fully air-conditioned family homes

Decide on the number of bedrooms and if you want a resort or community home. Make the booking and pay a deposit. 6 weeks from the date of your vacation pay the final balance. If you book less than six weeks from the date of your vacation then the whole amount becomes due. One week prior to your vacation we will contact you with details of your rental, and also provide you with directions. That's it.
