You can drive up Pikes Peak right here in Cascade, Colorado, or visit Garden of the Gods, Focus on the Family, and many other places in Colorado Springs.

Manitou Springs is also nearby and hosts the Manitou Cliff Dwellings and Cave of the Winds.

Or you can venture just a little further to Canon City and see the famous Royal Gorge and partake in some adventurous white water rafting or beautiful train rides through the gorge.

Try your hand at Gambling in Cripple Creek, or do some horseback riding through the beautiful Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.

Some of the most famous local events are the Pikes Peak Marathon and the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, the Coffin Races in Manitou Springs, the Air Force Academy, Colorado College, Rodeos in Colorado Springs, and the many events at the World Arena and Pikes Peak Center, also in Colorado Springs.

General Information: Rocky Mountain Lodge & Cabins is nestled on 2+ acres in Cascade, Colorado, just 6 miles west of Colorado Springs at the entrance to Pikes Peak in the Rocky Mountains.

The Lodge can also be rented in it's entirety for family reunions, weddings, and retreats. Also available are a cabin and cottage, both sleeping up to 6 people, and having full kitchens.

The Manitou Room has a beautiful antique queen size bed, local historic photos, and a private bath with tub and shower combination. Room for a roll-away for an extra person if needed.

The Ramona Room is named after a local historic hotel and has historic photos, queen size cherry sleigh bed, a sitting area with sitting bench that can sleep an additional person, and a private bath with tub and shower combination - our largest bedroom.

The Timber Wolf Room, our smallest room, has a beautiful queen size antique bed, a private bath with shower stall, and best of all, a private balcony with bistro set to sit out and enjoy the mountain views, stars and crisp clean air."

The Ute Indian Trail Room is decorated with Indian decor, has a beautiful queen sized knotty pine log bed, a private bath with shower stall."

The Midland Room is named after the Midland Railroad which ran in the area in the early 1900's and is decorated with local historic railroad photos. It has a beautiful four poster bed and breathtaking mountain views from the windows. It has a private bath with shower stall."

The Cascade Suite is a luxurious 2 room suite that has it's own sitting room, fireplace, whirlpool tub for two, oversized body spray shower, mini refrigerator, microwave and gourmet coffeemaker. And our spectacular 3 course breakfast can be served in suite. It's the perfect place for that special romantic getaway, anniversary, or honeymoon.
