"We spent some time at the Red Hook Inn during the first week of October, 2005. The Inn is ideally located at the center of charming Red Hook, NY which is convenient to many other points of interest in the Hudson Valley area. The new owners did make us feel like family, as other reviewers have noted. The highlight of our visit was the delightful Sunday brunch at the Roasted Garlic Restaurant, which was one of the best we've ever had. The sheer number of dishes offered was impressive--but more impressive was that each dish had its own sophisticated, yet home-cooked taste that you don't find very often. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we will definitely return again on our next visit to the Hudson Valley."
"My mom and I spent two wonderful days at the Red Hook Inn just before Thanksgiving and were treated like family from the start. The rooms were very comfortable, the service was personal and attentive and the food at the Roasted Garlic restaurant was truly delicious. What a wonderful holiday experience! Thank you, Pat!"
"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights and couldn't be more pleased. Upon arriving before check-in on a very cold day, Pat the owner offered tea and coffee while waiting for the staff to finish cleaning our room. The room was beautifully decorated, stayed a perfect temperature (big deal in an old house in winter) and the bedding was very comfortable. Throughout our weekend, Pat couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and attentive. Nabil, the chef, is just as friendly and all the food was outstanding. We're big fans of Middle Eastern food and this was tops--we ended up eating there both nights. Sunday brunch was decadent and delicious."
"The innkeeper and staff were outstanding. It is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The restaurant is 5 star."

"I happened upon the Red Hook Inn, purely by accident, and what a treat ... The room was wonderful and we had dinner the following night at the Roasted Garlic. The staff and owners, Pat and Nabil make you feel as if you are the only people there ... Since my experience was so GREAT, I convinced my fiancÚ to join me for my working weekend. What a great weekend we had. Very relaxing and wonderful. The combination of food and homey accommodations makes this place the most unique inn, I have every stayed in. If you are in the area, or need to get away, choose this charming place. You will not regret it. I personally cannot wait to go back!"
