At one time, Bisbee had a population of 20,000 and was the largest city between St. Louis and San Francisco. Mining operations ceased in 1975 and Bisbee began a new era as a cultural haven. Most of the town remains as it was in the early 1900’s. Travelers from the world over stay at the famous Bisbee Grand Hotel and discover the uncommon charm of this restored mining town ... Respite, romance and adventure. Afternoons and evenings are a great time to enjoy one of the many fine imported and micro-brewed beers or special blended drinks in the Grand's western saloon.
