Activities/Attractions: Within our grounds there exists an extensive array of facilities including an all-weather floodlit tennis court, five-acre 9-hole family pitch and putt course, and a vast indoor play barn for young children, with ride-on toys, giant Wendy House, sand pit and ball-pond - a favourite which sometimes even outweighs the beach.

Not to forget our games room with its pool table, table tennis, darts and amusements, together with all the information leaflets, maps and local pub, restaurant and takeaway menus which you could possibly need to keep you well informed.

• Our 13 acres allows plenty of room for your well behaved dog
  
• We even have some wild areas for exploring
  
• Two pubs are conveniently within walking distance
  
• The wide sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde, to the west of Fairview Farm, are equally ideal for bucket and spade enthusiasts and surfers
  
• The rocky bays of the north coast are even closer, with rock pools, majestic cliffs and sparse safe anchorage
  
• The South West Coast Path allows access to the entire length of this Heritage Coast and includes some of the best cliff walks in the country
  
• Barnstaple and Ilfracombe are nearby, as are National Trust properties and the Eden Project

General Information: Welcome to Fairview Farm Cottages ... where the rolling Atlantic surf and golden beaches of North Devon are but 10 minutes drive away and yet our farmhouse accommodations are set in unspoilt Devon countryside stretching as far as the eye can see. Although our barns no longer echo to the lowing of cattle, they instead slumber in this peaceful spot, where you are invited to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

There is also a lawned courtyard of converted stone and cob barns around the farmhouse, surrounded by 13 acres of pasture, with views extending to Dartmoor and to the sea at the Taw estuary. Amidst this haven of tranquility the cottages themselves are:

• modern fitted kitchens including microwaves
  
• together with mains gas central heating for those out of season breaks or cooler evenings
