General Information: Welcome to The Franklin-Pearson House ... a Bed and Breakfast Inn located inside a lovingly restored old railroad hotel in Cowan, Tennessee. Our two-story facility has 9 guest rooms, conference room, and upstairs and downstairs sitting rooms. From our elegant main lobby to our glorious Cumberland Ballroom, the Franklin-Pearson House is simply in a class by itself.
