Cave Creek provides a secluded wilderness experience. "Our last four days here have been near perfect. My three daughters, grandson and son-in-law came for two nights and two daughters and I stayed for two nights. We talked, cooked, hiked, played games and drank wine. The peace and solitude here refreshes the body and soul. We loved it and hope to be back in the summer. Thanks." "Our first time here - Spring Break of March 2004. A unique and beautiful place to explore and relax. We made the most of five days - hiking, eating and relaxing. Thursday was especially fun as we spent the day on Cave Creek. Thank you for the opportunity to share your special place for a few days. This was the most secluded and private cabin I have stayed in. That is right up our alley. We will be looking forward to coming back." "Am sure there is not a more beautiful location anywhere. Loved the cabin, the view & our time spent here. Our son turned 13 here & learned to ride a dirt bike on your roads. Thanks so much!" "This is a great place to stay. It was great outside . It was fun taking walks. The fire was a great thing to have. We played games by the fire. I love it." |

General Information: Cave Creek Cabin sits on 125 acres of bluff and bottom land we call Harmony Acres, located on Cave Creek, adjacent to the Gene Rush Wildlife Management Area and the Carver input on the Buffalo National River. This 1840's dogtrot-style log cabin from Kentucky was recently moved to this secluded spot and lovingly restored and modernized for vacation fun and enjoyment of the Ozark mountain country found in Newton County, Arkansas. Our breathtaking view of Cave Creek and its beautiful limestone cliffs, make sitting on the porch or patio a delight. Our smoke-free cabin sleeps ten people. There is no phone, but cell reception is good. The remote solitude of our secluded cabin is what draws people to Cave Creek. There are plenty of board games and a TV/VCR to keep the kids happy. There is no cable, so please bring your favorite movies or watch some of ours. We've provided a variety of paperback books for those who like a good read. In cooler months, relax in front of the crackling fireplace to restore your soul.
We provide linens, cookware, utensils, dishes, flatware, microwave, small crockpot, toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a hot air corn popper (complimentary corn, coffee, tea and sugar). There is a small portable grill and fuel for cookouts. We also feature a full-size outdoor grill for large cookouts. Just bring your own food as Mt. Judea is the nearest town and only has a convenience store. Payment Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, money orders and personal checks. Rates: (Prices quoted in US Dollars) $125/night/double (2 night minimum, 3 night
