General Information: Welcome to the School House Bed & Breakfast Inn located in historic Rocheport, Missouri! This wonderfully restored 3-story brick schoolhouse serves as the perfect starting point for your relaxing bed and breakfast weekend.

The School House Bed & Breakfast Inn has ten distinct guest rooms, each decorated in beautiful antiques. Light from the large schoolhouse windows, covered with custom-made plantation shutters, softens shades of pinks and yellows and dramatically deepens bold plums and greens. Each room is accented with a few reminders of the inn's simple past. Each guest room has:

  • private bath
  • queen size bed
  • central heat and air

Most rooms also have ceiling fans and private phones for free local calls and internet connectivity. Our second floor Common Room includes our:
