Recreational opportunities include a nine hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, ball diamonds, and outdoor basketball and volleyball courts. Several lakes, including Ottawa County's famous fishing lake, are within a few minutes drive. The city's recreation commission provides a variety of athletic opportunities for youth and adults. The John Henry Theater Company sponsors activities ranging from theater with local performers to traveling art shows. The lodge is set in the rolling hills four miles from a state lake and surrounded by wildlife and ponds on our wheat and cattle farm on a blacktop road. |
