heart of lake country, Ogopogo Resort is ideal for a couples or family
based summer vacation. Swim, play in the sand, fish, canoe or kayak and
relax all on-site. Five golf courses are within 15 minutes not to mention
hiking and biking trails, live theatre, local artists studios, and white
water kayaking. In winter the Haliburton Highlands
become a playground for snow based activities. Cross country skiing,
skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing are available directly at the Resort
while dogsledding, downhill skiing and snowshoeing and luge are nearby. Spring and fall are ideal getaway
times in Haliburton. Whether it is hiking the woods with trilliums lining
the path or enjoying the brilliant fall colours, both seasons offer a
special break from a busy life. Spring also brings great fishing, golf and
maple syrup festivals. Fall has the Studio Art Tour, Hike Haliburton
