"My husband and I stayed at the Grace Manor Inn in the Fan District in Richmond, VA in October. We were absolutely pleased with our experience. The Manor is a three-storied Victorian home that while renovated with modern conveniences, maintains its integrity as a historical home. Hosts Albert and Dawn (and doggies Coco and Bear) are naturals and will surely pamper you as guests. Dawn is a gourmet cook and Albert serves the breakfast."

"Dan and I want to thank you for your wonderful hospitality during our stay in beautiful Richmond a few weeks ago. Your inn is absolutely beautifully decorated and wonderfully comfortable...Dawn - your breakfasts were incredible and we truly wanted to take Cocoa home with us. Thanks for such a comfortable stay. We look forward to sharing a glass of wine with you when we return! Thanks so much once again."
