"My husband and I stayed at the Grace Manor Inn in the Fan District in Richmond, VA in October. We were absolutely pleased with our experience. The Manor is a three-storied Victorian home that while renovated with modern conveniences, maintains its integrity as a historical home. General Information: Welcome to Grace Manor Inn .. A Richmond, Virginia B&B conveniently located on the corner of North Meadow and West Grace Street, in the heart of the Fan District. There is so much to do in Richmond, and innkeepers, Dawn and Albert Schick are more than happy to help you plan your next visit.

In 1996 Grace Manor was awarded a Certificate for Historic Preservation by the United States Department of Interior and is on the National and State Registers of Historic Places. Grace Manor Inn has:

• 3 large guest suites elegantly decorated and including a large bedroom connected to an equally large sitting room, which provides guests with a more private place to unwind
  
• private baths
  
• a business center provides free computer and printer use, high-speed Internet access, a fax machine, and a copier for guests
  
• a formal dining room to enjoy a gourmet breakfast served with freshly brewed, piping-hot morning coffee. Family-Style Dinners and more formal Multi-Course Dinners may be offered on the weekends for an additional fee
  
• a sunroom illuminated with brilliant colors from the stained glass that hangs in the windows surrounding it. It is furnished with comfortable daybeds and provides a wonderful place for guests to unwind at the end of the day
