Activities/Attractions: We are minutes away from Malibu Beach which has some great restaurants, surfing, fishing, theaters, beaches and bike trails. Along the coast there are plenty of places to shop and dine. There are hiking trails adjacent to our property. Within a 30-60 minute drive, we have:
- The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library
- The Getty Museum
- Disneyland and California Adventure
- Knotts Berry Farm
- Universal Studio Tours
Because we are located on the side of a mountain, the Bella Vista is a great place to do nothing but relax. We have a wonderful spa on the back deck. The hot bubbling water and the beautiful view of the mountains make it ideal for total relaxation.
If you choose to take it one step further, Michael is a Certified Massage Therapist. A one-hour massage ... it just doesn't get any better.
General Information: The Bella Vista, a relaxing California bed and breakfast, is located in Malibu Canyon, just 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean and just up the coast from Los Angeles. The B&B was opened in March of 1996 and since then we have had guests from all over the world.
We have the solitude of living in the Santa Monica Mountains (very peaceful and relaxing) and yet are within minutes of the beach, parks, museums, theaters and amusement parks. The B&B rooms are part of our beautiful ranch-style home surrounded by our vineyard.
