Sumas Mountain, or the rush of a well timed jump (parachute
attached of course) from a perfectly good airplane.
The more sedate will take an evening stroll around Abbotsford's
scenic Mill Lake, or spend a sunny summer afternoon testing their
game at one of Abbotsford's three local golf courses. You will

General Information: Nestled away in the countryside of British Columbia is Taams' Bed & Breakfast Rest Haven Spa Resort.
A beautiful Manor on 10 acres of land, the resort serves as a retreat in which to relax and unwind or a base from which to visit the attractions of BC. There are four guestrooms, all with southern exposure. All rooms have:
