Activities/Attractions: Santa Teresa is a young community at the junction of New Mexico Highways 278 and 9. It is about four miles north of the Mexico border, practically adjacent to Sunland Park, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas. The history of El Paso is a vibrant blend of cultures and customs that creates the thriving and unique metropolitan area that exists today. Our region's history spans more than 400 years blending Native American, Spanish, Mexican and the American Cowboy into one culture.

Three sets of mountain ranges, from New Mexico, Texas and Mexico are visible from the expansive guest patio. The night time views of city lights and the awesome view of the Milky Way Galaxy are breathtaking. Casa de Sueños is a perfect spot for a retreat or seminar. Overnight accommodations are available for 11 people maximum based on multiple occupancy per room.

"Technically this little inn is in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, but actually it is at the edge of civilization near El Paso, Texas. Located down a dirt road with excellent views, this spotless inn offers B&B style accommodations with individual entrances to most rooms. The adobe exterior is lovely, the innkeeper, Marlene, is wonderful. The pine bed was extremely comfortable with a very firm mattress; touches of the West decorated the room, like a rusty frying pan on the wall and pine shutters on the windows. It might sound rustic but it is whimsical and all Marlene's little touches make it pure fun. Her breakfast is fabulous; the lounge area is warm and welcoming with a beehive fireplace. Women traveling alone will be safe and secure here. It's very quiet. A couple of rooms allow you to stay with your pet, a boon for dog lovers. I highly recommend this place. You can visit Mesilla, a sort of Santa Fe as it might have been 30 years ago, without the high prices and crowds. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here."

General Information: Welcome to Casa de Sueños (House of Dreams) ... located just 12 minutes from the West side of El Paso. Casa de Sueños sits on a high mesa overlooking the Rio Grande River Valley, it's a little touch of Santa Fe, where four guest rooms await you.
- Los Pajaritos (Birds) is a large room featuring Native
American decor. The rug ceiling provides a warm and cozy
atmosphere. This room provides the best location for watching all
the birds in the area.
- El Oso (Bear) is a large room featuring antique and
rustic furnishings.
It has a large, protected patio, and is one of our "pet
rooms". The brick floors and wooden ceilings provide a sense
of staying in a very old world setting.
- The Kokopelli Suite is a spacious room featuring
a rustic Southwestern style. This room has an extra sitting room
with a single day bed and a large patio for watching the gorgeous
New Mexico sunsets. Located in the main house. The Kokopelli Suite
is the largest room in the Inn with a king-sized bed. Great room
for families and those liking a little extra space.

Las Tortugas, located in the main house with a west-facing patio is great for watching sunsets. It is decorated in Southwestern colors and features antique furniture. There is a desk for paperwork, and the sound of the fountain from the main courtyard can be heard from both the patio and the room. The room is another pet friendly place, where four-legged guests will find treats waiting for them.
This hacienda-style Bed and Breakfast is decorated in southwestern themes based upon the mythology of the Mimbres Indians. Each of the four rooms has:
- a private bath
- coffee maker
- telephone and either TV or CD player
- private patio and entrance
- free high speed wireless internet access
- business work stations
A full dining room is provided in the Kiva Room. There is a snack bar for snacking, and bottled water and sodas are available for guests. Guests can grill on the back patio as an alternative to going out to eat. Relax on our back porch, where you'll have a wonderful view of the Franklin Mountains. At times, breakfast may be served here, but usually it's in the Kiva.
