General Information: Welcome to Muktuk Adventures ... where we offer accommodation in our main lodge and in cozy, rustic cabins around our 100-acre ranch. You can stay at our ranch by the day or by the week. Our main lodge, on the shores of the Takhini River in the beautiful Ibex Valley, Yukon. Muktuk is a unique B&B, ideal for people who love dogs.
We have over 100 dogs to keep you company. And, in case you are wondering, they are very quiet, except at feeding and walking times. We always put the well-being of our dogs first. Our commitment to dogs is much more than just words: our actions demonstrate that it is an ongoing practice and a long-standing tradition at Muktuk.
Frank's commitment to dog care has been recognized by the veterinarians of the Yukon Quest International Sled Dog Race – he was awarded the very first Yukon Quest Vet's Choice Award for humane and excellent dog care, in 1991.
