• Sunrise Cottage - Six miles South of the City of Geneva just off Route 14 South and located just South of Beattie Point, Sunrise Cottage offers visitors to the Finger Lakes Region, simple but adequate accommodation for up to 10 guests who prefer their own private access onto Seneca Lake. Sunrise Cottage has a small stone beach area, a shared dock and boat hoist

• Moonlight Cottage - Located directly next door to Sunrise Cottage, six miles south of the City of Geneva just off Route 14 (South) by Beattie Point, Moonlight Cottage also offers visitors to the Finger Lakes Region accommodation for up to 6 guests who prefer their own private access onto Seneca Lake. Moonlight Cottage has its own small stone beach area and a shared dock and boat hoist with Sunrise Cottage
