• Mayaguez offers an excellent shopping mall, movie theaters, a convenient airport (airport code MAZ), great restaurants, two gambling casinos, a zoo, a tropical garden, medical centers, and lots of history
  
• Añasco has excellent restaurants, a beautiful town park, great beaches, recreational sites for kids and adults, and a fantastic fish market
  
• Aguada offers excellent beaches, a variety of restaurants, quaint beach homes, great local food, and one of the most popular surfing spots in Puerto Rico
  
• Aguadilla offers quality restaurants, a bowling alley, shopping mall, a convenient local airport (airport code BQN), FedEx is based here, excellent Golf, and Crash Boat Beach is one of the premier beaches in the area. Many Scuba Divers to be, take their initial 25ft qualifier in these waters
  
• Isabela offers excellent Horseback Riding, great Wind Surfing, great snorkeling, excellent Cave Diving, some of the finest beaches in western Puerto Rico, and local food with rich flavor
  
• The hills, mountains, and views in Moca are impressive. Moca is also well known for its fine craftsmanship and an excellent 'mundillo' stitching art

General Information: Welcome to Colina Linda Apartment ... a beautiful one-bedroom apartment located on a bluff overlooking Sandy Beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico. This lovely bluff offers privacy and security. The first floor apartment faces the ocean and boasts a large covered patio (14' x 40') which is accessible directly from the living room, and is equipped with a dining table and chairs, and a bar-b-que.  During the winter season you may whale watch from the covered patio.

• bedroom has a queen-size bed and a custom built closet
  
• kitchen/dining area has natural/solid cedar cabinets and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stove top, microwave, dining table and chairs
  
• living room area has a sofa, coffee table, and end table with lamp
  
• also included is an entertainment center with DirecTV television, and a VCR
  
• bright and cheery bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling, including a dolphin mural
  
• apartment is air-conditioned, and all rooms have ceiling fans including the bathroom
  
• other features include a carport, a 10,000 gallon cistern and pump, and endless hot water
  
• also an outside shower so that you can wash off the sand and salt  before entering the apartment
  
• apartment is fully furnished, including all linens, cooking, and dining amenities
  

Sandy Beach, one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico, is a block away. Surfing at Sandy Beach is world renown. You may also snorkel and scuba dive from local beaches or take a boat to Desecheo Island for world-class diving and snorkeling. The apartment rents long-term, which includes electricity, water, DirecTV, and laundry facilities.
